My health coaching approach combines integrative nutrition (IIN), lifestyle design, and stress-resilience habits to help you feel more energized, clear, and grounded—at work and at home. This is not restrictive dieting or expensive wellness routines. It’s about returning to the essentials: real food, rest, movement, connection, and purpose.
